Membership

Recurring Monthly Auto-Debit. Credit/Debit card on file required.

  • Use up to 4 adjustments per month per individual. Additional adjustments are $50.

  • $99 per month for individuals.

  • $175 per month for couples.

  • $350 per month for families up to 4 members, all must be in the same household.

  • 90 day minimum commitment, cancel anytime thereafter after written notice.

Pre-paid Packages

 

$525 for 10 adjustments. Regularly $600. Save $75.

$999 for 20 adjustments. Regularly $1,200. Save $201.

Pay for your adjustments up front and save. Use these according to your recommended chiropractic treatment plan, or if you utilize chiropractic care on an as-needed basis, use these at will. These visits do not expire and are non-transferrable to family or friends.
